: I have been involved in Education for over 25 years, with a focus on neurodiversity and mental health in the last 15 years, including being a SENCo and working with children and young adults on a 1:1 basis. Neville has been working in school with me for two years and recently became a certified therapy Dog following his training. The first 8 years of my career was spent as a class teacher. My interest in working with neurodiverse children and smaller groups was sparked by my teaching at a Montessori School, where I completed by Levels 5 and 7 teaching and assessing children with learning difficulties which lead to Specialist teachin 1:1 learning support sessions for over 15 years, which include target setting, support with executive functions, growth mindset, organization and mental health work.
