Empowerment through Emotional Learning

1:1 and small group sessions to support Well Being

Calmness: begins with gentle interactions with Neville, the dachshund. Studies have found that the presence of a dog can help lower levels of stress and anxiety.

Connection: activities with Neville, which allow for building emotional bonds, boosting self-esteem and trust.

Support: By focusing on Neville, attention will shift away from the main difficulties allowing for discussions about concerns and potential strategies and ways forward.

Compassion, friendship, growth.

Neville’s comforting presence during sessions provides a platform for multiple aspects of well being, encompassing emotional, social, mental and even physical health.

“Animals are such agreeable friends. They ask no questions, they pass no criticism.”
